Booking 

Check-In Time will be agreed upon between Glamping 2 U and the customer

Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

 

Booking Deposit

Deposit amount will be based on the number of tents booked for the event. 

Waiver form will also need to be signed and returned before check-in date.

 

Damage Deposit  
An additional damage deposit per tent will be added to the total price.  This fee will be refunded within 7 business days of the check out date once all supplies have been returned undamaged.

Cancelation Policy 

Reservation deposit will not be refunded within 30 days prior to the event if cancellation by the renter is requested.

Once full balance of the event is paid, there will be no refunds within 14 days of the event.

Order Modification 

When you reserve a tent and accessories, Glamping 2 U immediately removes theses item from inventory.

Once a reservation is confirmed, any modifications to the order that require a reduction in the inventory (tents\beds) the renter will be required to pay 50 percent of the product removed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2 night consecutive minimum booking requirement.

***Glamping 2 U reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unsafe weather conditions and terrain conditions. Please ensure the ground is level and not rocky.
