Terms and conditions

Booking 

Check-In Time will be agreed upon between Glamping 2 U and the renter.

Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

 

Reservation 

A non-refundable reservation deposit will be required based on the number of tents booked for the event. 

In addition, a rental agreement and waiver form must be signed and returned to confirm the booking.

 

Damage Deposit  
A damage deposit per tent will be added to the total price.  Damage deposits will be returned within 7 business days after pickup, once equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be free of damage or loss.

Cancelation Policy 

Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 

Once full balance of the event is paid, there will be no refunds within 14 days of the event.

Order Modification 

When you reserve a tent and accessories, Glamping 2 U immediately removes theses item from inventory.

Once a reservation is confirmed, any modifications to the order that require a reduction in the inventory (tents\beds) the renter will be required to pay 50 percent of the product removed.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2 night consecutive minimum booking requirement.

***Glamping 2 U reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unsafe weather conditions and terrain conditions. The renter must ensure that the property and setup area are safe, accessible by truck and trailer/cube van, and suitable for tent installation.
